Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach that helps you explore the different parts of yourself—your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We all have parts that carry pain, fear, or difficult memories, and through IFS, we work to understand and heal these parts, allowing for more internal harmony and self-compassion. This approach empowers you to access your own inner wisdom and creates a path toward deeper healing and self-understanding.

Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps you heal from past trauma and other difficult life experiences. By using bilateral stimulation and other procedures, EMDR allows the brain to reprocess painful memories in a way that reduces their emotional intensity. This can lead to profound relief from trauma, anxiety, and other distressing symptoms, helping you move forward with greater clarity, calm, and resilience.
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) is a body-centered approach that helps you process trauma and emotional experiences by integrating mindful awareness of physical sensations, movement, and nervous system responses. This gentle yet powerful method supports healing by working directly with the body’s wisdom, allowing you to release stored trauma, develop emotional regulation, and cultivate a deeper sense of safety within yourself.
