IFS is a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach that helps you explore the different parts of yourself—your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We all have parts that carry pain, fear, or difficult memories, and through IFS, we work to understand and heal these parts, allowing for more internal harmony and self-compassion.
